HIGHLIGHTS from our recent projects

A Dream Kitchen

For this dream kitchen, Vantage opened up multiple walls filling the space with more light and comfort. In addition, we widened and opened doorways to improve the flow from room to room. Installed updated lighting including pot lights. The project also included new hardwood flooring, all new cabinets and countertops. We also updated and replaced the trim work.

The Feature Wall

The owner wanted too make this space their own which started with creating the beautiful quartz ledgestone floor to ceiling feature wall. Along with the wall we also created a custom floating media cabinet to house and conceal the entertain hardware. To finish the room off we scraped down the textured ceiling, added pot lighting, supplied and installed the TV with in ceiling speakers and custom in-wall sub woofer.

Entertainer's Paradise

To make this basement retreat it started by bringing everything back to the bare bones. This basement now includes a 3 piece bathroom, gas fireplace with mantel and stone surround, custom bar with granite counter top, custom laundry and home theatre system. To ensure the space was as comfortable as it looks, Vantage updated HVAC system and installed a thermal break sub-floor with a waterproof membrane. The entire basement was designed by Vantage.

The Oasis

This project called for some serious upgrades including opening up a confined shower space with glass and half walls, relocating the toilet, new counter tops, updated lighting, marble tiles. To finish the project off we added new plumbing fixtures with diverter and hand-held shower head. During the project, insulation issues were discovered and corrected.

It's All In The Details

This project called for extensive trim detail. The trim work included custom panelled walls, pillars, and casings. We also added new wood flooring, tiled flooring, new cabinets and countertops along with a new home theatre system and updated lighting.
